Unfortunately, Start ’em Up and Sit ’em Down are done for the season, and I do apologize for missing the last two weeks of the fantasy season. But with five weeks left, we will start a new fantasy advice segment here on the SportsZone, with Four Up, Four Down. Four players to start for that week and four to avoid. With that, we begin:

QB- Ryan Mallet, Houston Texans vs. Cincinnati Bengals (Fanduel Price $6900)- He made his first career start last week and came out fairly well, completing 20 of 30 passes for 211 yards and two scores. Now he faces a Bengal defense that has allowed Blake Bortles, Joe Flacco and Cam Newton to put up big numbers this season. Mallet’s a strong start at home, as is DeAndre Hopkins a good bet to catch at least one of his touchdown passes.

RB- Tre Mason, St. Louis Rams at San Diego Chargers ($5600)- Mason’s seemingly gotten better each week since he overtook Zac Stacy as the Rams’ lead back. Against a Chargers defense that has looked terrible over the last month, expect a big day from the rookie.

WR- Kenny Stills, New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens ($5900)- Have Brandin Cooks withdrawal? Say hello to Stills, who becomes the number two receiver not named Jimmy Graham, and the big play/deep threat for Drew Brees. Expect at least 70 yards and a score on a minimum of three catches.

TE- Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers vs. St. Louis Rams ($6300)- He has a combined nine fantasy points over his last two games after four straight games of double-digits, and four straight games with at least one touchdown catch. Is it just me or is a break-out coming against the lowly Rams?

QB- Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints vs. Baltimore Ravens ($9000)- Brees’ home field advantage hasn’t been much help this year. The Ravens have been beatable, but this week expect Brees to disappoint.

RB- Denard Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts ($7500)

WR- Julio Jones, Atlanta Falcons vs. Cleveland Browns ($8000)- The Falcons offense has been disappointing all season, and a matchup against the Browns defense isn’t going to break them out of the slump. Pass on Jones this week.

TE- Julius Thomas, Denver Broncos vs. Miami Dolphins ($7100)- He hasn’t practiced all week and probably isn’t playing this week. For his price, don’t risk it.
